Cambridge is a truly beautiful city situated in the centre of a fascinating area of England that is awash with heritage, and yet full of the best things in contemporary life.

Cambridge has inspired many to great things. Darwin, Newton, AA Milne & Wordsworth all lived and worked here. Comic geniuses John Cleese and Eric Idle wrote and performed here along with countless other stars of stage, film and music too numerous to mention.

Now you too have the chance to follow in such illustrious footsteps, by performing in Cambridge as part of the Cambridge Fringe Festival. From Kings College Chapel to the smallest tents, marquees and performance spaces - Cambridge has it all.

Excellent theatres, exciting music and arts venues, great pubs and bars, top restaurants, glorious gardens and artistic spaces exist here like almost nowhere else; and with people who live, work and holiday here being so positive to the performing arts its hardly surprising that you will find some off the most well informed (and appreciative) audiences in the world, right here in this wonderful city.
